OutValue operates as an intermediary marketplace connecting customers seeking home services with verified service businesses. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.

Platform role

OutValue is a marketplace platform and is not a party to the service agreement between customers and businesses. OutValue is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or any aspect of the services provided by businesses listed on the platform.

Escrow and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and held in escrow until the customer approves job completion. The platform charges a 12% commission on all completed transactions, deducted from the business payout.
